20th Anniversary Celebration 2023
Thank you to all who joined us in October to celebrate The Women's Fund of Essex County's 20th Anniversary! It was a magical evening shared with our original founders, current board members, grant recipients, family, friends, and an amazing group of sponsors all of whom contribute much to our success. The spark that started 20 years ago will continue to flame for the next twenty and beyond, thanks to all of you and your generous support! We have big plans for 2024 launching The Essex County Resilient Girls Project and supporting two fundraising events to further nurture our ability to continue our mission supporting the women and girls of Essex County. More than ever, we believe that stronger women and girls build stronger families, and stronger families build stronger communities. We look forward to your continued generous support.
2022 Power of the Purse 2022
Thank you to everyone who came to the Power of the Purse Plus to support our efforts on behalf of our greater community's most vulnerable women and children. And did you ever! Together, united in our collective power, we smashed the evening's fundraising goals making the night our most successful POP to-date!
At Power of the Purse, the fun and fabulous purses are also a metaphor for strength – It is strength to recognize we all have the power to make a difference. Because The Women's Fund believes that change begins with one woman, one girl at a time, and it starts with each of us. We know that stronger women and girls build stronger families, and stronger families build stronger communities.
