Connecting Young Moms Program
Connecting Young Moms is a pre- and post-natal education/support program specifically designed for young teen moms. Its mission is to bring health and parenting education, community resources, and life skills to young mothers. This program helps the participants to develop healthy and positive parenting skills as well encourages and supports mothers to continue their education in order to provide a higher quality of life for themselves and their children.

Mapping Yourself
Utilizing the significant literature available on the topic of educating young girls to become strong women, the Mapping Yourself Program encapsulates these resources and has designed an educational program whose goal is to build healthy self-esteem in the young girls who participate in the program.

Jump Smart
Jump Smart is a unique, well-organized, and relatively low-cost program that offers young girls the opportunity to combine basic life skills activities with a fun and physically challenging component of Double Dutch jump rope. Jump Smart provides a combination of Double Dutch jump rope training with activities designed to increase self-esteem and develop skills in goal setting, decision-making, conflict resolution, problem solving, and teamwork through a program of peer mentoring.
